Packages and Pricing for Realtors

My pricing is still in flux, so these prices are negotiable. Please contact me so we can work out a mutually-agreeable price for your project.

a-la-carte

These services can be purchased individually, or added to the above packages.

  • Twilight Shoot: One optimized image for $75 (just $25 when taken on trip for full photo shoot); $10 for each additional image.
  • 360-degree panorama: $20 when combined with a package; $100 as stand-alone project (ask for quote on multiple panoramas)
  • Professional narration (VIEW DEMO): your sales pitch read by a professional narrator on your virtual tour: $30

Panoramas? YES!

We do 360° panoramas of homes and businesses. Sometimes a good panorama is the BEST way to let potential buyers and visitors know what they can expect.

HDR Photos? YES!

It only makes sense to take advantage of high dynamic range photography. Our HDR photographs are an attempt to emulate what the amazing human eye and brain can take in.

Retouching? YES!

Some blemishes are temporary (brown grass, a gloomy sky). And some possessions are too valuable for the public to see or recognize. Retouch them! Ethical principles DO apply here.
